Hubei SEEHO Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. develops, converts and manufactures special-purpose vehicles in Zhongxiang, Hubei. The company is listed as a special vehicle manufacturer in the supplied Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announcement.
Our Guangzhou business develops medical imaging equipment, including digital X-ray systems. In Zhongxiang, Hubei, our special vehicle operation brings together vehicle conversion, interior planning and onboard equipment integration.

Guangzhou beginnings
The Guangzhou medical equipment business was established, building expertise in medical imaging and digital X-ray systems.

OUR FOUNDER
Yu Qinghai
Founder of SEEHO
Connecting medical imaging expertise with the practical needs of mobile healthcare.
From clinical imaging to vehicle development.
Yu Qinghai studied at the Medical School of Hubei Polytechnic University from 1993 to 1996. His early career included work in the medical imaging department of Pizhou People's Hospital, followed by GE Healthcare from 1998 to 2002.
He founded SEEHO's medical equipment business in Guangzhou in 2003. His work has since brought together digital X-ray equipment, vehicle-mounted imaging systems and special-purpose vehicle development, with the Hubei operation established in 2017 and Guangdong SEEHO established in 2022.
His focus on mobile healthcare connects equipment development with the spaces in which medical teams work, helping shape SEEHO's combined medical equipment and special vehicle portfolio.

Medical equipment on the move.
His technical work spans vehicle-mounted DR, battery-supported high-voltage systems, suspended and dynamic X-ray systems, mobile DR motion control, paediatric X-ray examination and imaging-positioning technology.
Supporting access to care.
In 2018, he supported Zhongxiang's health authority with a donation of digital X-ray equipment. In 2022, further donations provided sampling booths to Tibet, Hainan and Zhongxiang.
